After five years of planning a move to escape Texas, spring of 2025 finally rolled around. It was only then appropriate timing to house hunt. I needed someone to be my eyes, ears, and voice of experience in Portland while I narrowed choices. My sister mentioned chatting with Zach while looking at another property in the months prior. Then I was smitten with his K9 business partner enough to reach out. It is not possible for ill intentioned people to persuade even a dapper dog like Roy into a tie and headshot.

After the initial consultation, Zach filled in all the questions that popped up then and later in real time. His diplomacy and grace guided us through the process, local referrals, showings, buying strategy, and even some key basics one would not consider when unfamiliar with the region. I have never lived anywhere that included radon testing or vegetation on a roof. Not once did any response make me feel silly or naive or ignorant for asking. Our budget and timeline were tight. Zach accepted the challenge and helped us overcome every hurdle. After a three day road trip with two dogs, Zach met me at the property to hand over the keys personally way after standard business hours.

I was forced to put a real estate purchase amount of trust into a stranger in order to achieve the cross country goal. I am so grateful Zach turned out to be talented as well as deserving of that trust.

Zac and I had been talking for a few years because I had been in the market and when Covid hit I
was not able to buy anymore. When we were ready it was Feb of 2025. Zac took our needs and got
homes for us to look at. We found a winner and closed in april. I can not recommend Zac enough he
